Our team

  • Joris Zielstra

    Founder | Legal counsel

    7 years advising artists and managers

    Joris Zielstra has had an interest in music since he was little. He (still) enjoys playing the piano and producing music. In 2017, he graduated from SAE Institute with a degree in Electronic Music Production. Joris has a master's degree in Business Law from Leiden University. During and after his studies, he worked as an independent advisor through the Cadenza label and also at an established entertainment law firm for various Dutch and international artists and labels. In 2022 he joined an international law firm as an attorney and practiced corporate and commercial law. In 2025, Joris left that law firm to re-establish Cadenza.

  • Lisa Cornelia

    Finance counsel

    5+ years in entertainment finance

    Lisa Cornelia has worked as a financial controller in the entertainment industry for more than five years. She started out at an international broadcast media production company and later branched out to work for various artists and managers. She joined Cadenza in April 2025.
